1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Penguin AI Center (the “Product”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information. It applies to the Windows Connector, website, customer console, browser extension, MCP/AI connection features, and related services.

Before publication, confirm that the operator, privacy email, and effective date shown above contain your real legal information.

2. Scope

This Policy covers accounts, devices, browser tabs, projects, files, tasks, messages, payments, and support information that you directly use or authorize the Product to process. Third-party websites, models, payment services, and operating systems have their own privacy rules.

3. Information We May Process

Account and contact information: name, email, secure credential summaries, language, and account settings.

Device and runtime information: device name, Connector version, connection state, operating system information, capabilities, and error diagnostics.

Task and content information: prompts, project names, task inputs, outputs, execution state, necessary file metadata, and audit records that you submit or authorize. We do not automatically upload unauthorized local files.

Browser information: only after you clearly authorize it, we may process the selected tab or browser session content, screenshots, or operation results needed for the requested action.

Payment and service information: plans, orders, billing state, and non-sensitive transaction identifiers returned by payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Product; establish Connector and browser sessions; perform tasks you explicitly request; return status, results, and evidence; and handle support, billing, abuse prevention, audits, and legal compliance.

We do not use your files, private conversations, or browser content for unrelated targeted advertising.

5. AI Assistant and Third-Party Models

When model reasoning is required, necessary prompts, context, or tool results may be sent to the model provider you select. The scope is determined by the task and your authorization; content executed locally by the Connector is not silently expanded.

Third-party model providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Do not submit sensitive information that you are not authorized to process.

6. Local Computer Permissions and Your Control

The Connector accesses computer resources only after you install, bind, authorize, and initiate the relevant operation. Files, applications, browsers, desktop UI, processes, and system actions are controlled separately, with permission, task, and result auditing.

You can revoke a device or browser authorization, stop a task, remove the local Connector, or contact support to request account-data handling. High-risk actions may require additional confirmation.

7. Storage and Retention

Account and essential service records are generally retained while your account is active. Task, audit, and error logs are generally retained for no more than 90 days; security, billing, and legally required records may be kept longer where permitted or required by law. User-uploaded project content is handled according to service settings or a deletion request.

We periodically delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed, taking business needs, legal requirements, and security risks into account. Product-specific settings and order terms may provide more specific periods.

8. Third-Party Services and Sharing

We may use cloud hosting, database, monitoring, payment, email, model, and security providers. They may process information only to provide services under our instructions or as required by law.

We do not sell personal information unless you request it, the law requires it, it is necessary to protect rights or security, or it occurs as part of a corporate transaction.

9. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, least privilege, auditing, token protection, and anomaly detection. No network transmission or storage method is absolutely secure, so protect your account, devices, and authorizations.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Where applicable law permits, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your personal information, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. We may verify your identity and will respond within the period required by law.

11. Cookies and Website Technologies

The website may use login sessions, language preferences, security tokens, and necessary analytics to provide its functions. You can manage cookies through browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may make login or console features unavailable.

12. International Transfers

Your information may be processed on servers and by service providers outside your country or region. We use contractual, technical, or organizational safeguards required by applicable law for cross-border transfers.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Product is not directed to children below the applicable legal age. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us below and we will handle the request as required by law.

14. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy when the Product, law, or security practices change. We will provide notice of material changes through the website, console, or another appropriate channel and display a new effective date.
